Homemade pastry shell stuffed with ground beef cooked with ginger, garlic paste, cilantro, turmeric, & coriander. Sprinkled with dried mint & served alongside of microgreens with yogurt, split pea & tomato sauce.

 

Vegan Mantu

Homemade pastry shell stuffed with soy beans, tri-colored bell peppers, chopped onion, ginger, & garlic. Served in red kidney bean sauce with a mildly spicy white vegan dressing.

 

Beef Tikka Kebab

Beef in an aromatic marinade of citrus, onion & traditional Afghan seasonings. Skewered, cooked in tandoor clay oven & garnished with grilled vegetables, served on a sizzling hot plate.

 

 

Vegetarian Mantu

Homemade pastry shell stuffed with shredded butternut squash, chopped onion, cilantro & mint. Topped with yogurt, sprinkled with dried mint & served with red kidney bean & tomato sauce.

 

Chicken Koobideh

Ground organic chicken breast, mixed with minced onions, garlic, cilantro, minced bell pepper & traditional saffron seasoning. Skewered, cooked in tandoor clay & served with red & white chutneys.

 

Banjan Borani

Pan-fried eggplant, tossed with seasonal vegetables & authentic Afghan seasonings. Served with yogurt & fresh mint.
